How the session breaks down
- We’ll spend a little time getting to know each other and you’ll tell me what you want to change.
- We’ll work together to shift old ways of thinking and reveal the new, more positive patterns of behaviour you already have within you.
- We’ll check in to make sure you’re safe to drive and you’ll go off into the rest of your delightful day.
